Cancelation Policy

For cancelations made within one (1) month of travel, there is a penalty of 30% of the total fare, and for confirmed reservations canceled within 48 hours of the travel day, there is a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the transfer. For cancelations made within twelve (12) hours of the trip, we will charge the full fare.
